Refund Policy & Damages
We do not accept refunds for products. If your product arrives damaged, we will replace the product at no cost to you. In order to receive your replacement product, you must contact us within 7 days from delivery, and provide us with a photo of the damaged product, and any damaged packing materials.
To start a damages claim, please contact us with your order id.
Shipping & Carriers
All of our products are shipped through Canada Post/United States Postal Service. We make every attempt to ensure your order arrives on time from the carrier, but take no responsibility for delays by the carrier. Some shipping services include tracking, however others such as US Small Packet is not tracked. We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier. If your order is lost, and does include tracking, guaranteed and insurance – we will work with the carrier to cover the replacement cost.
